If you’re not totally satisfied with your Istanbul's purchase you can return the unused and undamaged products within 30 days for full exchange credit. We also offer pickup or drop off service in our showroom.

We do not accept returns on custom made to order rugs or padding. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
